All our guests are reqired to read and obey the regulations of Capital Apartments:

 

1. It is required to fill up the application first before getting keys to an apartment.

 

2. It is reqired to make a payment for an apartment upon guest's arrival.

 

3. The check-in time starts at 2pm and check-out time ends at 12pm the following day.

 

4. To extend a day in an apartment, it is necessary to consult it with one of the office employees.


It is charged 50% of the payment for the next night.

 

5. If a guest is leaving an apartment earlier than the check-out time, he cannot claim to be refunded for the hours left.

 

6. Capital Apartments reserve the right to change the reservation of an apartment to another one of the similiar or the same standard.

 

7. If you would like to access internet, please inform the office before your arrival.

Internet access is free of charge but we deposit 200zł for renting an internet modem.

 

8. Smoking and lighting the candles is not allowed in our apartments.

 

9. Our guests are obliged to make sure that anytime they leave the apartment, the door is properly locked and water and light are turned off. Taking apartment's equipment outside an apartment is prohibited.

 

10. In case of loosing the apartment keys, a guest is charged 100PLN.

 

11. Guest will be charged for any kind of damaging or loosing the equipment of an apartment.

 

12. Guest are obliged to obey the night-time peace which is between 10pm and 6am in the morning the following day.

 

13. Organizing any kind of social gatherings that could be inconvenient for other locators is strictly prohibited! Capital Apartments imposes 500PLN fee for any kind of disturbing the peace based on police intervention.

 

14. Capital Apartments is not responsible for guest's belongings left in an apartment.

 

15. While making a reservation one of our apartments, all our promotional and seasonal prices together with “last minute” offers are taken into consideration to make the best price for every customer.

 

16. Capital Apartments reserve the right to refuse to receive a guest

 

  • who does not present his personal ID

 

  • when he is under the influence of alcohol 

 

  • violated the company's regulations during his previous stay as well

 

17. All personal data collected by Capital Apartments are used in order to make a reservation or marketing purposes ( company's newsletter via e-mail) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act dated 29/08/1997 (Dz.Ust.No.133, item 883)\".
Every guest has the right to access his personal data collected by Capital Apartments.

 

 

18. Please inform us immediately if any misunderstanding occurs or you are not satisfied with our services and we will do our best to make you feel comfortable in our apartment.
