RESERVATION AND STAY 

 

How can I make a reservation of an apartment?

You can make a reservation both by calling us  and completing the form on our website .

 

For how long can I rent an apartment?

You can rent an apartment for as long as you wish: for a night, for a few days, weeks and even for a month.

 

Should I pay anything in advance?

When it comes to a short-term stay, there is no need to pay in advance but if you are planning to stay much longer a pre-payment is required.


How can I pick up the keys to an apartment?

You have to come to our office at Wita Stwosza Street 15 Apt. 6 to make a payment and pick up the keys.

 

What is check-in and check-out time?

Check-in time is at 2 pm and check-out time is at 12 pm but you can extend your stay for a few hours if there is no customer staying after you.

 

What should I do with the keys after checking out?

After checking-out you have to put the keys into the mailbox.

 

Do you organize a transport from the airpot?

No.We do not render such services like picking the guests up from the airport.


Is it allowed to bring a pet to your apartment?

Yes. All pets are very welcome in our apartments.

 

Is breakfest included in the price of an apartment?

 No. We do not provide with breakfest. All our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen to make a breakfast or dinner.

 

EQUIPMENT

 

What kind of equipment does every apartment have?

Every apartment is fully equipped as follows: sheets, towels, a soap, a wash-up, a dryer, an iron, a TV set and most of the apartmens have also a dishwasher and washing-machine.


Is there an internet connection in your apartments?

If you would like to access internet, please contact with our office. We provide with USB modem to get connected to Wi-Fi but you would have to reserve a modem in advance. What more we require is to pay 200zl in advance while renting a modem.

 

Is it possible to order an extra bed?

Yes. If you would like to have an extra bed, we can provide with it for the amount of 40zl or 10euro.

 

Can I order a cot for a baby?

Yes. Let us know about a cot (a crib) while making a reservation so we will be able to reserve one for You.

PAYMENT

 

When should I pay for an apartment?

To make a payment you have to come to our office. The payment has to be made the same day of your arriving.

 

What kind of payment is acceptable?

We accept both payments in Euro and with credit cards except American Express. We do not accept any checks.

 

Can I receive an invoice for my stay?

Yes. We do make out an invoice at your request.

 

PARKING

 

Where can I park a car?

A parking lot may vary from apartment to apartment but most of them has parking spaces nearby.
 

 

Some of the apartments have a space in the underground parking. You can also park a car in the Old Town area after paying the parking meter. There are also guarded parkings in the Old Town area for the price of 40zl per day.
